Between 13:14 and 13:17 (CET), we experienced a complete loss of network connectivity. After reviewing our internal systems and monitoring data, we can confirm that the outage did not originate within our infrastructure. The interruption was caused by a failure at our upstream carrier, which temporarily affected all inbound and outbound network traffic.
Our team immediately initiated an investigation and established contact with the carrier. The upstream provider has since confirmed the issue on their end and has stabilized their network. Connectivity has been fully restored, and all services are operating normally again.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely, but at this time no further impact is expected.
