Scheduled maintenance on our EPYC 9754 host systems. This maintenance will take place on 23rd October 2024 at 15:00 CEST (13:00 UTC, 18:30 IST, 21:00 CST). During this time, we will be upgrading the DDR5 RAM on all affected systems to ensure that each server has sufficient performance capacity for your workloads.
We have a dedicated team working simultaneously to complete the hardware upgrade as quickly as possible. The estimated downtime for this maintenance is only 15 minutes.
Once the upgrade is complete, all affected servers will automatically restart to minimize disruption and restore your services as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the short notice of this maintenance. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we will be adding 1 extra day of runtime to any server affected by the downtime, automatically.
